1. VALIDITY OF BUDGETS

1.1. Quotes are valid for 1 month from the date of issue, unless a specific date is indicated or agreed.
 

2. PRICES

2.1. The prices and other information shown are subject to change without prior notice, after the period of validity of the budget.
2.2. The entrance fees to the reserve include mandatory accident insurance. 
 

3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

3.1. The information necessary for processing the insurance must be sent by email to reserva@tananeos.org according to the specifications that are specifically agreed.
3.2. Note: Payments made by bank transfer may take up to 4 days, until the amount is confirmed, and the provision of the contracted services can begin.
3.3. Fundación Reserva Natural Los Tananeos reserves the right to charge bank commissions corresponding to each tour or visit.
 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The services will have to be paid in advance before the provision of the service.
4.2. Provided that it is previously agreed, the payment can be made by transfer with all expenses borne by the client.
 

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT

5.1. Payment must be made by credit or debit card, PSE, MercadoPago or via PayPal

5.2. It is essential to send by email to: reserva@tananeos.org the proof of the transfer order
bank in order to start the provision of services.
 

6. ACCEPTANCE AND CONFORMITY

6.1. The client has a period of 48 hours to review his budget, once it has been delivered and express any
deficiency and/or manufacturing failure by means of a formal document that may
send to the email reserva@tananeos.org. After this period, it will be understood that the client accepts the order and agrees to its quality, not having the right to demand any correction.
 

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, excluding bank commissions if applicable.
After that period, your payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation by the Reserve due to weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place: The tour is postponed to other possible dates. If this is not possible, we will proceed to refund the payment, excluding bank commissions if applicable.
