Environmental engineering students visit the Reserve

On December 7, a group of 30 students from the Popular University of Cesar visited the Reserve accompanied by their hydrology professor, with the aim of reconnaissing the different ecosystems and observe the behavior of the river and its basin.

For 4 hours they took a tour guided by the Reserve's ranger, where they learned about the different species that inhabit the Reserve, the importance of the Tropical Dry Forest and the vulnerability that this ecosystem is experiencing.

We are very pleased that the Reserve is a living school and that we can share our mission of conserving local ecosystems with the educational community.
